Oakham Town Council members were asked to consider and comment of the Green Flag Management Plan 2014 - 2015
Cllr Joyce Lucas asked if about checking the Bird Boxes and Cllr Lowe added the Bat Box for occupation.
Cllr Lowe wondered how you did this and it was suggest someone could use a ladder.
Cllr Lockett raised the issue of cleaning them if they had been used and vacated.
Cllr Lowe said he noticed there seemed to be more birds about last year living in hedges, I wonder if that
means the birds of Rutland are to posh for Council Homes?
Cllr Lowe said yes like cleaning a chalet. I hope that wont be as costly as Cllr Nowells Opportunity Chalet, well in the end that did not cost the tax payer as much as his wife tried to claim.
