Rutland Citizens Advice service equality and diversity strategy? Cllr Charles Haworth
Despite the district judges comments about Cllr Charles Haworth's Homophobic conduct
Rutland CAB is very happy for the councillor to remain as a representative on their committee,
representing Oakham Town Council and the people of Oakham.
I and others find his position unacceptable, private information has been leaked after I and others
have use the services of Rutland CAB.
The local branch management say confidentiality is important and they strive to keep all
matters raised at consultations private my experience is this is rubbish and there is evidence they don't.
Cllr Haworth posted details of one of my visits on-line via comment and twitter.
The management say Cllr Haworth or any Town Councillor rep attends a few meetings
each year to feed back stats to the Town Council.
Cllr Haworth has never reported anything back to Oakham Town Council and like
Cllr Dewis who worked for them but became to first Mayor not to represent the
Council after it is said the CAB kicked him out, Cllr Dewis has refused to answer
any questions relating to this. Oakham Town Council only attend committee meetings like
this because they are happy to freely share local gossip.
The same happened when Haworth and Lucas attended Oakham Police JAG
meetings, Oakham Town Council no longer has any representation on that important
committee.
This council is not fit to serve it's community.
