Oakham Town Council agree to accept £5000 from Flora pro.activ, Unilever

Unilever held it first pro.activ challenge here in Oakham and would like to donate £5000
towards the purchase of Outdoor Fitness Equipment. With the condition a advertising sign
is dislpayed, Unilever would like the equipment installed in Cutts Close.

The Town Council want it at Royce Recreation Ground.

Cllr Dewis said he prefered Cutts Close becasue a lot of money has been spent over the
years in Royce Recreation Ground.

Oakham Mayor Adam Lowe said teenage equipment purchased less than five years ago
could be removed from Cutts Close, considering it a update.

A Councillor aske what if Unilever don't want the equipment to be installed in Royce Recreation
Ground as they have already stated. The response was we can revisit the item at a later date.
