My comments in red
I have not got a clue why a member of the public is communicating with Leicestershire Police, about my
case.
Oakham with the exeption of the two councils is not missing this fine officer.
At my trial just before the verdict this officer spoke to my advocate and afterwards
to me stating he would be looking again at Cllr Charles Haworth's crimes, which he has admitted which
the good sgt personaly decided not to charge the man who hold public office, although he got PC Sue Cockerill to lie to me and say it was the CPS who decided not to prosecute Haworth, The good Sgt could not lie like Haworth and Briggs under oath and admitted he decided not to prosecute Haworth.
I am currently dratfing a letter to the head of public prosecutions and will be including copies of the councillors statements. The disgusting Councillor should be charged with misconduct in public office and
so should the chief executive of Rutland County Council who also lied under oath.
Of course it would be a lot easier if the Sgt corrected his mistake and charged Cllr Haworth, he has
two statements in which the Cllr admits guilt and evidence, what could possible go wrong? Oh he might drop a few names towards the bench which include police and councillors?
