Take a look at Conservative Leader Roger Begy's Parking
The sign says you must park within the bay
and if you don't like Roger Begy you will be fined.
Not to mention the other Conservative Councillors large car parked in the
pedestrian area marked by the white boxes. You can just see the rear
at the top left of the photo.
