To confirm the minutes of the meeting of the Planning and Parks Committee held on
Wednesday 25th June 2014

7. DEPUTATIONS BY THE PUBLIC
 Members of the Public are invited to address the meeting in accordance with procedures laid
 down in Standing Order 1(d) – 1(i)

8. WORKING WITH OAKHAM TOWN PARTNERSHIP (Appendix B)
 To consider a report relating to the split of Section 106 monies with Uppingham and the
appointment of members to a joint working party and to make any decisions as appropriate

9. REQUEST FROM PINDERS CIRCUS (Appendix C)
 To consider a request to use Cutts Close from Monday 23rd
 February 2015 – Sunday March 1st

2016 and to make any decisions as appropriate.
 (Members are asked to note that this is for 7 days and therefore the rent charge will be £700 if
the request is approved)

10. REQUEST TO USE CUTTS CLOSE KITSCHEN VINTAGE COFFEE VAN
