To co-opt a new member to the Council for the Oakham South West Ward.
9. SKATEPARK AT CUTTS CLOSE (Appendix B)
To consider a report and to make any decisions as appropriate
10. FREEDOM OF ENTRY (Appendix C)
To consider a report relating to the possible granting of the Freedom of Entry to
Oakham to the B (Leicestershire and Derbyshire Yeomanry) Squadron in 2015 and to
decide whether to proceed in principle pending a further report.
11. AMENDMENTS TO STANDING ORDERS (Appendix D)
To consider a proposed amendment and to make any decisions as appropriate

(ii) To consider the introduction of a Hearing Loop system into the Council
Chamber
15. LICENCES TO INSTALL CYCLE RACKS / BOLLARDS (Appendix H)
To approve the signing of Licences to install Manchester Style Cycle Bollards in
Market Place and South Street
16. AUTHORISATION TO SIGN LEASE (Appendix I)
To authorise the Chairman of the Council to sign the Lease and associated documents
relating to land off Barleythorpe Road.
17. COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE REVIEW (Appendix J)
To authorise the sending of a letter to Rutland County Council requesting a
Community Governance Review of the boundaries of Oakham and Barleythorpe
parishes

Regulation 3 application for extension of existing car park at Rutland County
Council offices, into land adjacent to existing car park. Land is currently
