Oakham Town Council Minutes November 12th 2014, Oakham Deputy Mayor Cllr Alf Dewis Instructs Assistant Clerk to include lies

Oakham Town Council Minutes November 12th 2014, Oakham Deputy Mayor Cllr Alf Dewis Instructs  Assistant Clerk to include lies!

Will she be the next to go of sick.

After the last illegal co-option of Mr Howard, I am not saying he did anything wrong.
Cllr Alf Dewis held a private meeting with Richard White the Clerk after that meeting
the clerk went home sick and has not returned to work since.

Cllr Alf Dewis is and has always been a very nasty revolting bully.

Only last week he told me I lie about everything and I live with two people suggesting
I was mad!

He is a control freak and one of the remaining few of the old guard who control so much
of our town,

He chairs the non democratic Oakham Town Partnership. Although I strongly believe he is
just a puppet for Tory Terry King of Rutland County County who is also a member. Mr King is a clever chap he takes control of many things  behind the scenes. He knows who is responsible for
telephone calls made to 88 year old ladies in our community who question his councils actions.
If he is not in the lead role I believe he some how feels he can not be held accountable for
anything.

When you constantly lie like our Deputy Mayor it must be hard to remember the truth?

The minutes he forced the assistant Clerk to produce contain at least two lies.

No of the members of the public interrupted the meeting.

As for his recollection of events leading to the co-option of Mr Vincent Howard a
pure work of fiction.

Cllr Dewis should resign for breaches of the code of conduct of a Councillor, of
course he won't.

The same should apply to any Councillor who approves these minutes
which attempt to hide the fact Cllr Dewis permitted the law to be broken when the
council co-opted Mr Vincent Howard. Like the Clerk who he has bullied into sickness,
they both believe Oakham Town Council is above the law.

A Council is often refereed A quasi-judicial body/court if that is true? then I suggest if this
document was presented to a judge in a court room Cllr Dewis would been thrown into the cell for
contempt of court.
