Oakham Town Council Putting Children At Risk Ignoring Safety Inspection Recommendations
Due to the incompetence of the town Clerk most improvement recommendations from last years
safety inspections have not been implemented.
I have not seen the whole report produce last year. Cllr Alan Walters raised his concerns
at last nights meeting and questioned why the long list of outstanding repairs and improvements
had not been carried out.
Today the safety inspector returned to Oakham and another report will be produced, looking
at the condition of some of the equipment I can only imagine the list will be even larger.
If the leadership and the Clerk spent less time playing their bullying games then maybe
the list might shrink and childrens safety may not be put at risk.
If Oakham Town Council does not promptly comply with these inspection reports
the are also running the risk of invalidating their insurance,
