Despite Bill Murphy from BT back in August 2013 saying the whole of Rutland will
be completed in about 9 months. Many parts of Rutland still have poor internet service.
BT was awarded £3 million pounds in 2013, many can not see where the money was
spent. Maybe the Tories spent in the pub on launch day? or perhaps on the publicity
campaign, The digital Rutland Tick placed in a flower bed outside the castle has quietly
vanished.
