Oakham Deputy Mayor is he confirming  Rutland County Council's Alleged Election Fraud?

Whilst awaiting for the Clerk to fetch ballot papers from the office, I explained why I had asked for support for a signed ballot, because it was slightly obvious some members were a bit confused about the process for voting for a new chair of planning and parks committee.

Some members appeared to be confused with regard to how many votes they should cast.
So I thought a piece of paper with the three names and one cross might be the simple way
forward and avoid a misscount of hands. At this point Cllr Lowe our deputy Mayor
said "miscount this is not RCC" (we know RCC as Rutland County Council.) Then he asked me to
strike that from the video.

Over the years a number of people have alleged election miscounts and fraud by Rutland
County Council, so it is rather odd a local conservative supporter would say such a thing
at a meeting with members of the public present.

Joke or serious? I think the way the entire meeting went is visual and audible evidence
of how unprofessional the town council is.
