(i) To authorise the purchase of fire extinguishers and to enter into a service agreement for
them as and when required
(ii) To decide whether all current and future requests to use the facility should be refused
until matters relating to its use have been addressed

Development of a new 2-storey sixth form school (Use Class D1) for (up to 300) pupils aged
between 16-19 years of age, with associated infrastructure and landscaping including provision
of car parking to replace temporary accommodation
Harington Sixth Form, Huntsmans Drive
20. EXEMPT ITEM
To decide whether to exclude the Public and Press under the provisions of Section 1 of the
Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1964 as amended before consideration of Item 21
on the agenda due to the confidential nature of the matter to be discussed

Notice of Election
The Notice of Election for the current vacancy in Oakham North West for a Town Councillor has been published today (15th October 2015).
If contested the election will take place on 19th November 2015.
Nomination papers may be obtained from the Returning Officer at Rutland County Council, Catmose, Oakham, LE15 6HP.
The completed nomination papers must be returned any time after the 15th October but not later than 4pm on 23rd October 2015.
