Gary Bush a former Melton borough councillor has been found guilty of three charges of dishonestly, failing to notify the council of changes in his circumstances which he knew affected his entitlement to council tax benefit.
Leicester Crown Court heard that Gary Bush committed the offences during his time serving as a Melton borough councillor between July 2011 and March 2013.
