Harborough Councillor Neil Bannister the Conservative candidate Leicestershire and Rutland police and crime commissioner. Visited Oakham Market Today

Harborough Councillor Neil Bannister the Conservative candidate for the role of Leicestershire
and Rutland police and crime commissioner. Visited Oakham Market Today
Neil is also an unemployed CPS person.
Above Mrs Clifton prepares Neil for campaign action, She often smartens her son up and ensures he
has no crisps to eat at cabinet meatings at Rutland County Council.
Cllr Richard Clifton is a Tory shown below on the left. Mrs Clifton is in charge of all
Rutland Tories.

I reminded Mrs Clifton how she told me of at a public meeting held at the last election,
for suggesting Sir Clive Loader should stand as an independent and not a Tory. I bet
he wishes he had never had become a Tory.

Like sir Clive, I have decided none of the candidates get my support.
The role of police commissioner is a pointlessly created job, miss sold to the people.
The job is not much different than that of the former police authority chairman's, as in that role they did not really represent the people.
All the government has done has taken away the job of choosing a chairman from local councils.

I wish all the candidates good luck.
