1. VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE (Appendix A)
To consider and vote on a motion from Cllr Martin Brookes
2. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN
To elect a Chairman of the Council, who shall also be the Mayor of Oakham, for the remaining municipal year
3. DECLARATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICE
To receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office for the Chairman
4. ELECTION OF DEPUTY CHAIRMAN
In the event that a vacancy should arise, to elect a Deputy Chairman, who shall also be the Deputy Mayor of Oakham, for the remaining municipal year
5. APOLOGIES - Standing Order 1(u)
(i) To receive apologies for absence
(ii) To decide whether to approve absences
6. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Members are asked to declare, if required:
(i) Any Disclosable Pecuniary Interest they may have in respect to items on the agenda

To authorise a payment of £6500 for the funding of two projects
14. REQUEST TO USE CUTTS CLOSE FOR FUND RAISING (Appendix D)
To consider a request to use Cutts Close for fund raising car boots in 2016 and to make any decisions as appropriate
15. CHRISTMAS TREE 2016 (Appendix E)
(i) To award LITE to be the supplier of Town Christmas tree for 2016
(ii) To authorise expenditure up to a maximum of £1600
16. SOCIAL MEDIA (Appendix F)
To consider a report and to make any decisions as appropriate
17. BUSINESS PLAN OPTIONS FOR OCC BUILDING USE (Appendix G)
(i) To approve AW Wainwright carry out a lease survey
(ii) To authorise expenditure of £250
