Rutland County Council keep painting yellow lines and expanding the residents parking scheme
but it is not solving the problem for residents.

Now resident are complaining about inconsiderate parking like that shown above.
The three cars shown above belong to people who work in town and one parks each day
obstructing a private garage, very inconsiderate parking.
