My  investigation report regarding your complaints is complete and is currently with the Appropriate authority, Mr Gamble, for final assessment.


Your complaint consisted five separate allegations, one of which was that ‘ that someone leaked Police information in relation to the complainant, possibly to members of the Police Joint Action Group’.

My investigation has considered the possibility, suggested in your statement of evidence, that police information including your PNC record was unlawfully accessed or used.

I do not therefore intend to record the allegation seperatley as to do so would be repetitious.

I would expect that the outcome of your complaint will be communicated to you shortly.
