I am sorry to learn that Jasmine Hopkins has resigned from
Oakham Town Council.
We sometimes do have some happy times at Oakham Town
Council and Jasmine had plenty.
She enjoyed working on project with the young in our
community. I know she enjoyed last years school
Christmas tree competition.
I shall miss the times Jasmine brought a smile to some
quite dull events.
I wish her all the best.
