Rutland County Council Sack Member of Staff for Talking to Me about Bullying and Corruption at the council
The sacked member of staff had previously worked for Leicestershire County Council
It would appear that they have found Rutland County Councils whistle blowers policy
is pure fiction.
They reported bullying to HR and were asked to leave at the end of this week, not what
you would expect from an organisation that claims it has dealt with the issuing of bullying.
The person was sacked today for speaking to me, the council claim the employee
had breached confidentiality.
The former employee describes Rutland County Council as a 'really rotten place'
they also describe the council as being 'it's so corrupt there it's unbelievable'
This is not the first time and probably wont be the last time Rutland County Council
will be described as 'rotten' or 'corrupt'
Catmose is a very comfortable place if you are willing to do as the Tories want.
Well done again to Mrs Helen Briggs CEO, Debby Mogg Monitoring Officer
and Dee Rajput ?
I personally have no proof of corruption, but I know eyebrows have certainly been
raised at some of the personal relationships that have developed between some
Senior staff at the council.
And we still have a RCC Cllr protesting in the street alleging corruption at the
council.
