2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Members are asked to declare, if required:

 To receive a report and to make any decisions as appropriate

 8. REPLACEMENT TREES IN ROYCES RECREATION GROUND (Appendix C)
To receive a report and to make any decisions as appropriate

 9. CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED (Appendix D)
To receive a letter from League Against Cruel Sports in relation to the Fox Hunt Meeting in Oakham
and to make any decisions as appropriate

10. SERVICE CONTRACT FOR 5 HANDWASHING/DRYING UNITS AT CHURCH STREET PUBLIC
 TOLIETS (Appendix E)

(i) Council agrees to a Service contract with Wallgate for a period of 1 year
(ii) To authorise the expenditure
(iii) The Clerk be authorised to sign the contract on behalf of the Council

 11. PERSONNEL ADVICE & SOLUTIONS LTD
To authorise the continuation of the current agreement for 6 months

 12. REQUEST TO USE CUTTS CLOSE
(i) To consider a request and grant permission for Hollands Fair to use Cutts Close from:
 30th April until 6th May 2019 and 11th August until 17th August 2019
(ii) To consider a request and grant permission for an Ice Cream vendor (Mr Whippy Soft Ice
Cream) to be parked in Cutts Close on a Sunday from 23rd June 2019 until Sunday 11th
August 2019
(iii) To consider a request and grant permission for Rutland Concert Band to use Cutts Close
Bandstand and pyrotechnics for their 1812 Overture on Saturday 29th June 2019

 13. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
To consider the following applications received to date and to make recommendations comments and
observations thereon to Rutland County Council

Single storey rear extension and alterations to existing garage
10 Gunthorpe Close
(ii) 2018/1341/FUL Mr S Murray
Change of use from 2 no cottages to commercial shop use (Class A)
18 & 20 Gaol Street
(iii) 2019/0037/RG3 Rutland County Council
Regulation 3 application for change of use of first floor of Jules House from Residential to Office use
(B1), returning the whole building back to office use
Jules House, 1 Cold Overton Road
(iv) 2018/1337/CAT Alan Wadsworth
Fell 14 no Yew Trees and then replant similar trees. This work is needed due to poisonous berries
from the Yew Trees falling into the Library area where children have access to pick up and eat
berries.

 14. EXEMPT ITEM
To decide whether to exclude the Public and Press during consideration of items 15 and 16 on the
agenda, under Section 100 (2) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended due to the
confidential nature of the matters to be discussed

 Review and receive feedback on the draft plan
