Misconduct Outcome for Leicestershire Officer PC Joshua Shaw
A former police officer appeared before a gross misconduct hearing which commenced on Monday 9 September and concluded on Thursday 12 September.
Mr Joshua Shaw faced three allegations that his off-duty behaviour breached the standards of professional behaviour, namely: discreditable conduct.
At the hearing, one allegation was found and the breach was upheld as misconduct only.
As Mr Shaw is no longer an officer with the force a sanction is not required.
