13. CONFIDENTIALITY BREACH UPDATE
To receive an update from the Chairman
This is an interesting exempt item, members of the staffing committee were suspended after I was given information relating to the Admin Assistant walking out of her job. The Chairman of the Council Dave Romney is aware after I told him no Councillor leaked information. The information was leaked to another member of the public who shared the information with me, they received the information from the Clerk Allison Greaves all the information leaked is a clear breach of the former council employees employment rights and her right to confidentiality.
The other matter was the councils plans to move out of Victoria Hall to a new location this was not news to me the information was given to me by a Trustee of Victoria Hall who are the councils landlord I am not naming the trusty as I am fully aware of how the Town Council and Clerk have bullied people they have thought had given me information.
The reason I say the news of the move was not news to me is because it had previously been a agenda item on more than one occasion and it was not an exempt item.
The agenda below shows how pointless our town council is.
