Changes and closures to Council services

Any closures or changes to Council services will remain in place until further notice, subject to change in government advice.

Customer services information

The main customer services centre at our offices in Oakham is now closed to the public, so you will not be able to make face to face enquiries.
Our customer services team are still able to help you on the telephone and email - our lines are open until 8pm Monday to Friday to answer your enquiries, including those about COVID-19:

  • Police Enquiry Desk - although this is not an RCC service, we would like to let you know this is closed. Please call 101 if you need to contact the police.

We are unable to process FOIs within the required timescales.
We'll do what we can to process these requests, but cannot commit to when this will be.
This is because we are focusing all of our resources on delivering priority services, supporting residents and businesses.
