Oakham in Bloom Request For Volunteers A Green Work Out, I can't begin to imagine why people don't want to volunteer and work with former Cllr Joyce Lucas and Craig. It is a great shame unlike Uppingham the volunteers have stopped working in Oakham and a lot of the floor beds are very messy. People moan the volunteers are not maintaining the flowerbeds, here in Oakham, perhaps they could help instead of moaning and if enough took on the task they could deal with the most unkind Joyce Lucas, one of the best reasons I am happy not working at Tesco anymore, I don't have to put up with incessant harassment anymore from Joyce Lucas BEM...
