Powdery Drifting Snow here in Oakham Rutland, 8th February 2021, making local roads very slippery, I watched the bin lorry having difficulties leaving my road, most of the roads in and out of Oakham have been blocked this morning. One road was blocked with over 40 cars, lorries and buses, drivers are being rescued by L&R4X4Response, local Rutland Police asking people to #stayathome its very cold out -2
