Oakham Town Annual Town Meeting
Tuesday, 9th May 2023 @ 600 pm Although this meeting is held in the council chamber in Long Row Oakham, it is not a council meeting it is a meeting of the town. Anyone who lives or works in the town can attend and raise issues that concern them about the town. Councillor and representatives from other organisation may be presents. Often this meeting is just used by Oakham Town Council to judge the popularity of the out going Mayor, which is a shame. It would be good to see a proper Town Meeting with representatives from other organisations available to answer residents questions.
