I got caught in a storm. The storm may be helping or hindering Leicestershire Fire and Rescue as they deal with an incident at the Admiral Hornblower, Oakham, Rutland on Sunday evening. A small area to the left of the building is cordoned off.
There was a lot of wet people in nearby Cutts Close, park, I had passed by the Father's Day event and it was very busy.
