Bargain Buzz in Oakham: B&M Possibly Replacing Wilko?
There's exciting news circulating on social media today for bargain hunters in Oakham! A post, allegedly by a B&M employee, suggests the discount retailer might be taking over the former Wilko store.
While B&M hasn't officially confirmed this, the possibility has many residents buzzing. B&M's wide range of household goods, groceries, and DIY products at competitive prices would be a welcome addition to Oakham's shopping scene.

UPDATE a local bar has posted on their Facebook page, they have received a letter confirming B&M are moving into the former Wilko Store.

just letting you all know we have today received official communications from B and M head office that they will be moving in as our new neighbours at the old Wilkos.
I must say this is a huge positive step in actually bringing some footfall back into the town centre.
