To authorise two signatories to the Grant Application to WREN for improvements to
the Willow Crescent Play Area
11. GAOL STREET MURAL PROJECT (Appendix D)
(i) To agree that Oakham Town Council will act as the applicant for any grant
application for the project.
(ii) To agree that Oakham Town Council will also act as the organisation
responsible for the receipt of any external funding and for the paying of any
invoices relating to the project subject to the amount of those invoices not
exceeding the total amount received.
