The Lighting of The London 2012 Olympic Cauldron BBC Video
The best part of a great opening ceremony was for the lighting of the cauldron.
I did felt so sad for Muhammad Ali, Nicknamed "The Greatest," 1984, Ali was diagnosed with Parkinson's syndrome. I was pleased that lady who was carrying him around as if she was dressing a Westfield shop window found him a chair.
At one point there was many more NHS beds in the stadium than currently available in many NHS hospitals
The Cauldron, however, isn't really a cauldron. Sports Illustrated's Nick Zaccardi tweeted that the "cauldron is 200+ copper petals -- at least 1 for each nation. At end of Games, each nation takes petal, cauldron will cease to exist."
