Germany’s response to Nazism on trial as man, 93, faces 300,000 charges Something Lord Janner Would Support
Lord Janner was rightly so a supporter of prosecuting anyone who was found responsible or
part of the holocaust.
Here is a recent comment from a person he is likely to support.
“Even if someone is physically incapable for reasons of age and health of serving a sentence, moral justice is important, for the victims, but above all to reinforce core societal values,” said Deidre Berger, head of the American Jewish Committee office in Berlin. “It is never too late to hold trials of Nazi perpetrators and accomplices. There can be no statute of limitations on justice for the heinous crime of the Holocaust.”

In the UK a person is presumed innocent until proved guilty.
Mr Janner has been accused very publicly of heinous crimes against children.
Surely his guilt or not should be decided by a court. whatever his health condition.
The 93 year old man in Germany facing trial cant be in a superb condition at his
age and I sure he will be properly represented.
Perhaps the CPS don't trust the UK legal system to treat Mr Janner fairly. Hardly
a good advertisement for the British Justice System or perhaps others are afraid
their names may enter the public domain?
