Cllr Joyce Lucas is in charge of the Catmose Arboretum
It's about the only nice to place to sit quietly in
Oakham it is situated in the grounds of
Rutland County Council next to the
Car Park.
Its better to visit on a sunny day when the council is resting
at the weekend.
