Rutland County Councillors, asked the Welland Partnership to send people interested and with People Skills to train them, but not just yet. I sensed Councillors are not happy with partnership
staff and its service its meant to provide.
Strong words from Conservative Councillor Munton.
Councillors are already thinking about losing their seats in just over eight months time and gave this as a reason to defer training until after the 2015 elections.
Lead by example Councillor, how can you be critical of a disorganised partnership, when you can't even be bothered to take up training yourselves.
No wonder our councils are so poor.
