The New supervisor or manager is a liar. Crying wolf does nothing to help protect woman on the streets of the UK.
Last Friday I felt the need to call head office to raise a concern and attempt to sort a minor issue I was having attempting to purchase a item instore.
I thought the matter had been resolved maybe not fully to my satisfaction.
I visited the store to shop on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday to purchase items all with incident and at a very good prices.
This morning I visited the store and selected more items for my new summer house, I have built at the back of my home. This has been keeping me very busy for the last week and a half. So you can imagine my surprise and embarrassment when the supervisor / manager who I had not seen since Friday approached me in middle of the store and told me I was banned from QD. I expressed my concern and she said I should speak to Head Office.
I spoke to A Jermy Head of Commercial Operations, who told me he would investigate.
He responded shortly afterwards.
Dear Mr Brookes,
I have investigated the details of your complaint and would wish to state the following:
Whatever issue you may have with our company it is not acceptable for you to put a member of our staff in fear as the result of confronting her outside of her place of work. Your presence in our store is no longer welcome and to this end please find attached a prohibition notice.
If you enter our premises, pursue or harass my colleagues this will be reported and the necessary action taken.

I can't believe how dishonest she has been, I did not approach her outside her place of work. I am assuming she is a local person.
I have insisted that her employer, asks her to report the incident of fear she falsely claims happened to the police.
I have sent a email to PC Joe Lloyd asking him to contact her and assist her, if she still maintains her serious lie.
I can also provide CCTV and Doorbell footage and mobile tracking data to prove QD employs a liar.
