Since Caffe Nero has re-opened they have decided to dump their rubbish outside their premises, on the footpath leading to Oakham Castles entrance, as the pile of bags containing full milk containers and unsold food products builds up, I am wondering if this chain is even the slightest bit bothered by what visitor might think of our town?
