The brewery has been trying to find a new tenant for some time now.
It is planning to refurbish and once again try the previously failed
attempt to turn the pub into a trendy eating place, this time it
is also hoping to turn the clock back a long time and let rooms.
Cllr Alf Dewis deputy mayor will be pleased as has often called for
the closure of this pub.
The brewery has high income expectations and a rent to match.
