Mr Clifton was elected 3 years ago to the Oakham South Ward, I am surprised no one raised the
concern three years ago.
The Shaw Trust Web Site lists the following.
Integrated Services Director, Richard Clifton is responsible for overseeing Shaw Trust's Work and Health Programme tenders.
Mr Clifton has during his term in office held the portfolio for health.
Mr Clifton had declared his interest.
The proposed Conservative candidate for the by election is an interesting choice. The candidate
has not yet been officially announced.
