To be fair to Cllr Adam Lowe when he is no concentrating on how to get rid of me he can put
together a report that makes sense.

Unlike the rubbish presented to the council by Cllr Joyce Lucas at the last meeting. After
a small amount of constructive criticism she took her normal action and decided not to be
involved any further in her proposal, why she is still on the council? is a question I am often asked.
She never completes any task and obstructs others that want to do things even if that is even offering do simple tasks such as helping making tea or emptying a bin.

Whilst on the subject of Cllr Lucas:

The poor woman was tending "dog poo corner" and was bitten by a dog last week she now described
the untidy area of Princess Avenue as pollination corner. The area is kept in a mess due to her 10 year plus hatred of the resident who describes this area as dog poo corner.

At the last meeting you had to be a mind reader to understand what Cllr Lucas was wanting.

After some digging it was found her so called expert consultant was the  lady and her friend
who we had previously employed to assist the assistant clerk with basic admin tasks.

Adam is proposing we have a working group of three people so I wonder why he feels the need
for the council to tender for a person to apply for the role of applying for the lottery grant.

We don't need to employ anyone after an initial meeting  with the lottery they will decide if they would accept an application and assist the councillors with an application.

Oakham Town Council does not want to lift a finger Cllr Lucas said it was a hard job at the last meeting.

I suggested that hopefully the lottery won't look to the video of the meeting to see the enthusiasm
of the council!
