Reading this email it appears Cllr Adam Lowe along with the Council know nothing
about the £62,000 Hawksmead money paid to Oakham Town Council.
The FOI reveals he knew who was involved he even mentions in another email
other members of the council are pressurising him to give names. In a recent
email he stated he had seen familiar names in the Town Partnership minutes
which he did not have and then did?
Cllr Lowe attended one meeting and told me he did not like what he learnt
he said the Partnership and Rutland County Councillot Terry King had
already decided how the money was to be spent back in 2014.
The same officer sent Oakham Town Council a email which clearly states
Cllr Adam Lowe was copied into many emails about the negotiations.
Only Cllr Lowe knows why he decided not to share any of his knowledge
with the full council or the Clerk.
