Later this month Rutland County Council sponsored by Oakham Town Council
put on a youth event in Cutts Close, "Involved" at this event young people
are taught how to create proper graffiti. I never understand why the council
promotes this activity because their is not a place in Rutland where people can
lawfully carry out this activity.
