Inspector willing to make unwanted appointment unwilling
to cancel it.

an appointment for me to see my doctor and refused to
speak to me in person at Oakham Police Station.
Cllr Joyce Lucas, Cllr Charles Haworth and friends
at Rutland County Council had told him I was nuts!
Just because I and others want a town council that has
a purpose and does not waste so much taxpayers money.
Inspector Monks told me he was making an appointment
with my doctor, I asked him not to and he ignored my
request. A short time passed and I received a letter from
Oakham medical practice telling me the Inspector
had called them.
They had breached patient confidentiality by confirming
I was on their register, I am no longer registered at
the awful Oakham Practice.
The medical practice was very concerned that I might
take legal action against them.
The practice did have a meeting and decided no action
was required stating this is a complex matter according
to my medical records.
The practice also told me the Inspector sent them an email
to confirm his call. They have persistently refused my requests to
see his email because he does not want me to see the content.
I don't think I have to see the email to know the content
I saw another document in which he said my actions such as
blogging and photographing local events were putting me at risk,
risk of homophobic abuse from councillors like I did from Mr Haworth
and Co.
Instead of the corrupted Inspector contacting my
doctor he should have done everyone a favour back
then and contacted Councillor's doctors and just
maybe he would not have left his successor with
such a mess.
One Councillors and ex recently contacted their own doctors
and both blame me for their failing mental health.
What surprises me is one still feels she is fit to serve
as a Councillor despite telling me she has suffered
with mental health issues due to a complaint I made
five years ago. Personally I don't mind her ranting at me
and I hope her doctor is helping her on the way to full recovery.
Oakham Town Council are a funny bunch in the past
I have been blamed for a former Mayors heart
condition.
I was blamed for anothers cancer.
The list is endless. Now I can add mental illness.
Then their is the clerk who is off on full pay once again.
The town council is a disgrace and so has been the
conduct of Leicestershire Police.
