While Oakham Town Councillors were using the Rutland County Councils chat
forum ex Oakham Deputy Mayor was using various names to entertain those
Councillors and council staff here in Rutland and Metlon.

It soon became well known that he was Lardboy it is only recently I have learnt
other ID's
