Oakham Bus Station
After Rutland County Council has spent nearly one million pounds
on this tiny building, I would have thought a little consideration
could have been put into what the nearby residents now have
look at at each day from their windows. a view from nearby
apartments.
I am always told the valuable part of any property is the land it
sits on. Rutland County Council already owned the land this
new bus station has been built on. Just for fun it would be good
if a local estate would pop along and value the new building.
I would guess around £110,000 for as a comercial property in
a back street.
