wrote defamortory comments about councillor on a public consultation sheet.
At Court Cllr Haworth had argued in the trial his attacks on Brookes on his Laughing Stocks website were satirical.
But Judge Temperley said: ‘I don’t agree. Some of the material goes way beyond satire. They are crude and crass and homophobic.’
And the judge said other claims made by Howarth against Brookes were ‘exaggerated’. <<
So when I wrote on a form Homophobic Crude and crass Councillor Haworth and his supporters especially Cllr Joyce Lucas should resign, that is not defamatory it is a fact.
Like it is a fact not one member of Oakham Town Council has not spoke out in dissaproval of the disgrace conduct of it's members and its two former Mayors Harrison and Beech.
It is defamortory for Cllr Haworth to publish on-line for the last 3 years + his various posts which include
false allegations that I am a prostitute and a beggar and a dole sponger.
Anyway next week I start work its only 24 hours a week it's all I can find after 6 years of searching and its a bus ride out of town, so Cllr Haworth who has been unemployed for 10 year that's one less insult you and your disgusting councillor friends can throw at me.
