Please can you supply me the following.

Copies of all emails sent to the Clerk from members authorising his unlawful request
for consent to unlawfully pay Plantscape Ltd. on the following dates.

16/09/15 £6960.00


Personnel Advice & Solutions Ltd
Please could you let me know who signed the unlawful contract
Which resulted in Oakham Town Council unlawfully making payments
to that company in April and May of Last year.
Could you also let me know what steps the council is carrying out
to recover that unlawful expenditure?


Mr Alf Dewis VAT

Recently Mr Dewis repaid a sum of money to the council after auditors
confirmed the expenditure was unlawful. The VAT was deducted from
the sum due, the Clerk said this was because the Council can
reclaim the VAT it has paid on the original invoice from HM Customs
and Excise, If the council makes this claim on a invoice it is not
responsible for that would be unlawful, what is the council doing
to recover the VAT owed by Ex Cllr Alf Dewis?
