To decide whether to approve the Statement of Accounts to 30

Accept or otherwise the external auditors report dated 21
st September 2018 from PKF Littlejohn LLP

 13. RISK ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT (Appendix F)
To review the Council’s Risk Assessment, to agree on any changes and to approve the document

 14. BUDGET 2019 – 2020 (Appendices G, i)
To discuss the Council’s budget for 2019 – 2020 and requests for inclusion in the draft budget

 15. REVIEW OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES (Appendix H)
To consider a report and to make any decisions as appropriate

 16. REVIEW OF THE FINANCIAL REGULATIONS (Appendix I)
