PC Joe Lloyd Leicestershire Police Receives High Sheriff's Award from
Mr Andrew Brown to the outgoing High Sheriff.
PC Joe Lloyd is a popular local police officer very well known
here in Oakham.
Today he received recognition for his good work within our
community.
It is said PC is even respected by local villains, who only commit
crime whilst he is on duty, they don't want to be arrested by some
unfriendly officer who has driven in from Leicester :-)
