Tory or Tory in most wards at the last election and a some

The Libdem's rather foolishly put three candidates up in one ward
for two sear and cried, well not literally when when a long serving
candidate lost their seat. Lets hope they do better this May.
One Libdem candidate has told me if elected the first thing they
will do is end the reign of bullying people have endured under
the control of the Tory CEO Helen Briggs.
Who is also the returning officer who allowed Tories to handle ballet
papers at the count as they desperately fought to keep Tory Peter Jones
seat from the now UKIP councillor Dave Richardson. recount after recount
and she failed in her bid to stop an old enemy taking his seat.
The conduct of the Tories was despicable.
The posters they produced attacking me were all over the
ward and in some cases displayed in locked parish notice boards.
One was even posted outside Tory Roger Begy's home.
I challenged him at a council meeting he said I was a "idiot and you don't
know where I live" this despite his address being published on
all election documents?
The poster was described by the Electoral Commision as unlawful,
The dishonest returning officer and corrupted local police said it was
not.
Only this week I received a letter from Leicestershire Police admitting
a copy handed to them as evidence was not recorded an no crime report
recorded.
Myself and a member of the public had visited Oakham Police station
to report an election crime to Sgt Foster.
As you can see from the extract of the letter Inspector Johnny Monks
side kick Sgt Foster who was a keen supporter of those who sent me
hate mail and more. Who once told me "you deserve all you get" had
failed in his duty and this was a common trait when Rutland was
under the command of Inspector Monks and Inspector Mistry.
PS Hodson is mentioned in the above extract she was sent over from Melton to investigate
my complaints about Oakham Police. She told me at the end of the investigation which
assisted me in no way, "it had been a difficult task to complete because she was constantly
met by a wall of silence" officers refusing to co-operate.
I understand this the same problem faced by the current anti corruption anti investigators.
I guess the local Tory police don't want to drop Rutland County Council in it.
Two part of the current investigation have been dropped relating to Tory Inspector Monks
Locally it is said Inspector Monks is a mason, just like Cllr John Nowell who declares he is a master mason in his declarations of interest. Leicestershire Police let him of a grant fraud after he blamed his
wife. Police officer don't appear to have to publicly declare their interests in the same public way.
So the public just speculate.
I find it odd the police can admit nothing has been recorded when two people visit a police
station to report a crime and then say they did nothing wrong.
