QD, Quality Discount Store Oakham Rutland, Opened By Oakham Mayor Cllr David Romney. I found myself being the first person waiting for the store to Open, at around 8.40am I was expecting to capture some images of a lot of people waiting, I think the rain may have put people off five minutes later a lady from Langham arrived with a coffee she said she wanted to be first and would have been if she had not stopped for the coffee, just in time for he official opening around a dozen more peoplem arrived, The Mayor of Oakham Cllr Dave Romney opened the store, there was no prize for being the first customer, I did collect a pen and key ring and was given another free bag for life for my collection with my purchase. The Store has a good range of products and I think it will be a welcome addition to Oakham.
