Rutland County Council made the Uppingham Neighbourhood Plan on 11 January 2016.
The Neighbourhood Plan sets out the local community’s views of how the town should develop for the period up to 2026.
The Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the statutory Development Plan for Rutland and will be an important consideration in the determination of planning applications for development in Uppingham.
The Uppingham Neighbourhood Plan may be viewed on the Council’s websitehttp://www.rutland.gov.uk/local_plan/neighbourhood_plans_in_rutland/uppingham_neighbourhood_plan.aspx together with a statement setting out the Council’s decision to make the plan and the reasons for that decision.
